To become a Solution provider to National and Continental Economic and Leadership Challenges

MISSION
To work as a tool for the creation of Mental Software for human Productivity and Creativity.

AYEM aims at changing the orientation of youths from being job seekers to job producers; (i.e. engaging them in productive thinking) and to set up a Credit Facility System (CFS) for credit worthy youths to start small scale business.

Leadership Empowerment Agenda (LEA)
Good leadership is a spirit that is considered contagious. AYEM’s plan is to engage high profile individuals with exemplary leadership qualities and records, to teach and interact with youths on a regular basis.

EXPECTATIONS
It is expected that at the end of the programme,
1.           Youths with Godly view on issues of leadership would emerge
2.           Set of youths that will become economically focused, self motivated and spirited to create and operate business ideas that will ease our economic hardship would have been identified and prepared for the great transformational challenge.
3.           AYEM would have been able to raise committed volunteers that will help achieve her vision.


ROLE OF A VOLUNTEER
As a self fund organization, AYEM solely (for now) depends on volunteer’s donation to carry out its activities. A donation of N1,000 minimum per volunteer is required.
